  • Hackathon Start: 11 February, 5:00 PM

  • Venue: Cosmos College of Management and Technology, Sitapaila, Kathmandu

  • Check-in / Pre-registration: Participants must arrive before 4:15 PM

  • Project Submission Deadline: During final demo session (as announced on-site)

Eligibility
  • Open to students and developers participating through registered teams

  • Each team must complete event registration before the deadline

  • Participants must attend in person at the venue

  • Teams must follow all event rules and code of conduct

Project and Submission Requirements
  • Projects must be developed during the hackathon period

  • Teams must submit:

    • Project title and description

    • Demo or working prototype

    • Source code or repository link

  • Projects should clearly address the hackathon theme/problem statement

  • Submissions must be presented during the judging/demo session

Prizes

  • Winning teams will receive recognition and awards from the organizers

  • Certificates may be provided to participants

  • Additional prizes (if applicable) will be announced during the event

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be evaluated based on:

  1. Innovation & Creativity — Originality of the idea

  2. Technical Implementation — Functionality and technical quality

  3. Problem Relevance & Impact — Effectiveness in solving the problem

  4. User Experience & Design — Usability and interface quality

  5. Presentation & Clarity — Communication and demonstration

Final winners will be selected based on judges’ scores across these criteria.
